Completed. As others have called out, I think the total records should be 1839 not 1850.

I used 1850 in my solution but then couldn't match the solution because of the SmartRound, which doesn't make sense to me and I don't think answers the question since not everything is to 2 decimal places (plus 15.297 being rounded to 15.25 just hurts me). 

Either way, a good data Parse exercise
