Thank you, @NicoleJohnson!  This was a great practice for batch macro for me. 

I followed a similar approach for batch macro as in the solution provided - this seemed to be a straightforward approach to me.

Please note due to securing setting when uploading data from my work PC, I just used 'Placeholder' text in macro input - you can update that to the data set fields  - just fyi :)  Thanks,

My Avg Daily Balance is off....still not sure why, but while I was looking - I discovered a new (to me) formula!

DateTimeTrim([Date],"lastofmonth") 

Embarrassing how I was calculating the last of month before. Did you know there's also a formula to calculate the quarter? I really need to read the documentation more often. haha
