The solution supplied on the challenge seems to be incorrect, or at least a bit confusing. I've developed my solution a different way which presents the averages in a more palatable format.

As noted by several others, the solution provided in the output of the challenge file does not appear to be correct, nor does it seem to fully answer what is being asked for.  With that said, attached is my solution to the problem that I believe answers the question at hand.
