Wait. I see that the official solution has a 2015 Team Rank column... where did that come from/how was it calculated?

This was a bit more involved than I originally thought! Note: the output file included in the start file has an extra field (2015 Team Rank) that doesn't exist in any of the given inputs.

That last column in the output is driving me crazy. I actually opened the solution before posting this because I couldn't figure out where it was from only to see that we didn't need it include/calculate it
