Here's my solution

I totally missed the Spatial Buffer tool in training.

That was a rather overly complex approach that I took! but also learnt something today, thanks for the great challenge!

This took quite a bit of trial and error. I appreciated seeing the more simple solutions with the summarize tool after I finished the challenge. I didn't know that the tool could be used that way!
