this one had me stumped at first but I relaised Ive done something similar and compared. Def alot of trial and error tho

1. append fields: results in a cartesian join with each record in the source input multiplied by the records in the target output
2. tool combination: RecordID to the left of any tool in the Join palette to keep track post output
Not the cleanest solution, but it works.
But since 4!=24 and 5! is 120, I know the answer should be correct ;)
