Fun challenge. Spent some time to solve this using a multi row function but found an alternative through summarize and generate row function. I got the hint after seeing image spoiler from Aaron_Harter's solution!
Didn't understand the wording at first, but then finally got it ! Looks like I've solved the same way a few others did.
