Got the job done. Grouped by Date on the Cross-Tab...before that though, I needed all the locations with the same name (Start, Worksite, End Hotel to be in the one field/column, so I used a couple formula tools. Probably not the formulas other people used, but they got the job done.

my take 🙂 drivetime distance is a bit different, but i imagine it's because of the updated datasets.
