Here is my solution.

Straightforward solution

Tried to get the ordering of names to match the output file. It seems that by the methods used in the solution caused the resulting sort to place the calculated weekend deliveries moved to the end of the Monday list of names. All delivery dates are correct in my solution and sorted, but the names are in a different order for each day.
