A fun challenge, thank you, @AYXAcademy!  I liked the solution presented by @Aaron_Harter  - what a great use of the 'Pad' string function to be able to solve the challenge in the nick of time.  Thank you, Aaron!  I followed in your footsteps - it seemed most straightforward approach to me, and I love using RegEx as a final step to this challenge.

Solution attached below - I enjoyed the challenge of making it dynamic both for the length of the integer portion of the number as well as the max number of decimal places, but without using a macro

Dynamic padding! Was trying to also come up with a way to give the columns meaningful names, but this will do.
