Though looking at some of the other solutions, I really like the RegEx tokenize approach

Used multi row formula to filter out first rows of each RecordID. Liked the 'Unique' method in the solution.

Oh the power of Regex.....I can't imagine how much extra effort half of these, and many other, challenges would take without having regex!
