My solution. Interesting, not sure how this would hold up with real world data, looking forward to going though other solutions.

Joined with a table with corresponding month values as well. Then year using Regex and replaced Null values in corresponding rows with preceeding rows year.

Getting from one letter months to named months is the part I struggled with the most but managed to get there using the tile and formula tools.
