Challenge #21: Date Reformatting

switch function is cool, but I think it is too hard to type the formula due to the string,  and not easy to read as well.

I preferred to eliminate the conflicted cases, then find&replace the value at once.

Did not want to 'hard-code' Month Name. Tried a different approach using RecordID. This solution assumes all 12 months are included in order for each year. Love the Mod function!
