Thanks for the challenge. I've definitely learn something new using the datetimeparse functions. But the question should've been a little specifics and it should've specify "calculate the average hotel stay and count the number of reservation....... in each month"
Admittedly, this was my first experience with the DateTimeParse() formula. Very handy! Much better than creating a lookup table to convert month names to numbers.
Also excluded "No-show" reservations just to be sure.
