Another time where not reading carefully got me in trouble - forgot to merge the old Districto Federo w/Rio at first. Also realized I had to combine some pieces that were intersections. Great challenge! Ok, looking at others solutions I made this much harder than needed. I should have used the first file instead of the first spatial match - ah well more spatial practice.
Nice to use the Spatial process tool and to remember (for once) that I can use the summarize tool with spatial data. Made this very easy
