Found it easier to use the data cleansing tool rather than having to keep using the trim function as in the provided version.

This was really challenging because the data was out of whack.

You really had to look for patterns in address, phone and fax.

The txt file became corrupted so I copied the text into an excel and removed all the null rows; and rejoined it.
