Ok, I found this one to be a really rough one...  the programmer in me struggled to find any pattern in the data...

I won't say it is perfect...  it was hard to validate back against the source, but I did notice I teased some phone numbers out of the data that were not done in the validation set.  I think the difference in my count vs the validation is because of some duplication in the two datasets but when I matched them up by company name and phone number, I came out with the same 1742 count and the 4 that bounced out on either side was due to me pulling the phone number out of the address where the validation didn't.

I will have to go back and really study the official solution on this to find out if I was anywhere NEAR right...  which I doubt 🙂
