SUBMIT YOUR IDEA
This one took me a while. Lots of data investigating + trial and error. It felt good to get to the finish line.
I used @MarqueeCrew solution and used that method to solve it. His solution was so simple and elegant and avoided using too much regex. The only change i made was to remove null rows but followed the rest as he did.
