Challenge #2: Preparing Delimited Data

I added a third record with commas in the poem string to test out Text to Columns with a string that has the delimiter in it. My solution uses two RegEx tools to parse out everything between the quotes, then a Parse Dates tool to convert the Poem_Read_Date.

I used Regex to remove quotations and DateTimeParse to format date string. Select to clean it up.
