A solution, but I couldn't figure out how to achieve the desired date format (day month year) in this one.

An alternate can also be to use DateTime tool by selecting the desired string field to convert to Date/Time format and selecting the format that matches the incoming string field. It had worked for me. Hope this helps 😊
