My attempt at challenge 2.  I realise now that there are probably better ways to do this because stripping out the punctuation with the data cleansing tool could cause problems if there was supposed to be remaining punctuation.

Here is my solution :)

I used text to columns to split the delimiters. Then used formula with trim to column 1 and 3 to remove " and ´. Lastly I used DataTime tool to correct the date format.
