A really good beginner challenge which allowed me to work with some of the parse tools in order to strip out delimiters and format data.

- Use Find and Replace tool to find single and double quotes and replace them with null
- Use text to columns to delineate by comma field
- Use the DateTime to convert string to date
- Select only the relevant fields, rename, and assign data types

There's clearly something I'm missing - this was waaaay too finicky for something that would have been really easy on Excel. Looking forward to opening the proposed solution and being illuminated...
