I must admit the conversion of the date was the biggest challenge to me.

Originally I tried to use the Formula tool, but I could not get the formula right, so I used the DateTime parser, and then added the Select to make sure the output match the solution output.

I found the date conversion the most tricky bit. Struggled to do it by formula so took a few extra steps and tools than the suggested solution. Got there in the end!

This is my workflow. This challenge is a good example to show that there are many ways to handle the date field.

For example, using Formula Tool or DateTime Tool.
