Challenge #2: Preparing Delimited Data

I tried to take different approach in this exercise, as this had just 3 columns it was easier to use formula trim, but i tried to use find and replce option to identify [", ' ] and replaced it with blank for whole text - as the delimiter was constant [ - ] and used datetime conversion

1) use text to column as , delimiter

2) use trim function in formula tool

3) Select tool and rename some column
