A few hiccups with the date formatting, but otherwise pretty straight forward.  Will go back and revisit the DateTimeParse function.

Hello there, this is my first completed challenge!

First I separated the fields using text to columns, then converted the date using the DateTime tool, then removed the double quotes using the Formula tool, then renamed the columns and dropped the ones I no longer needed.
