How to do it as a Beginner?

Things to learn:

Solution only using the Parse Tool Palette

• Date/Time Parse: Custom function is my favourite part of this tool, helps you configure strings to any expected date format, no longer confusion between MM-DD and DD-MM
• Text to Columns: (inner Chandler) COULD IT BE ANY EASIER?
• RegEx: Meh, takes time to learn but best for replace given the constraint of using single tool palette
