This taught me to read the data before jumping in! I did 3 text to columns where only one was needed! same solution though!

I used the Date Parse instead of the formula

I splited text data to columns (by comma) then remove Punctuation (quotes and double quotes), convert last field to a valid date and set correct field types, names and final set of fields by Select tool.
