Here is my solution.

I was able to do most of the workflow on my own.  Several of the tools and functions I knew from Excel and Access.  I did have problems with the date portion of the challenge and had to look at the solution to figure it out.

First attempt at weekly challenge.

Used Parse tool to split the text. Good practice.

  I am just a beginner and this tutorial or link was helpful. Attaching my solution sheet. However copied formula tool but learn few things working on it.
