Thanks for the challenge! Here's my solution:

I had a little too much fun with this one. Added a cover sheet and a heat map. Instead of making multiple reports, I broke out the pages by radius size (although used the same heat map for each, lazy 😋)

Didn't know you could use multiple values/ranges in Trade Area tool separated with a comma. Great challenge.
