Challenge #19: Excel Record Locator

So firstly I used the multi row formula to give each row an ID for each excel file. Then used Formula to highlight the required entries and give every other row a column value of 0. The using a filter I excluded all the entries with a column value of zero. Then used the cross tab tool to group the data by the specified field and to flip the desired column into rows. Finally the select tool was used to change the Column called FileName into the desired name of 'XLS File'.

I tried something a little different here.

My solution does require two input tools, but it doesn't require more than that, even with more files. I separated the inputs based on the cell selection.
