couldn't match exactly but after I learn Regex I might circle back

My solution (with slightly different results than the purposed solution)

I have tried with with the .txt file and with the Download tool, but both give me the same total count, which differs from the solution.

I'm going to have to disagree with the solution's interpretation of "word" which includes number and words with underscores attached (eg. "_attached"). Also different cases for the same word eg. "the", "The" and "THE" are treated as different words.

My solution therefore has a different output
