You'll see that my numbers are slightly different than the solution ones...I checked the solution and I think the logic applied in the filter is different from what it's written in the problem :/

Was able to forgo creating a macro for this. With more data , I would need to adjust this to make sure it only counts accounts open within a set number of months, but didn't need that for the data set at hand.
