Apologies all but I find the solution provided inaccurate. If the argument is to

Determine the items of clothing that have the highest average rating.  In your analysis, include 1) only items of clothing that have at least 10 positive feedback reviews and  2) the five highest rated clothing items from each class.

Then selecting only those ratings with >=10 feedback diverts the analysis from the underlying purpose of the exercise. Identify and rank highest-rated clothing items. So, for example in the solution provided, item 817

• Solution provided: total num of votes 21 with only 1 with >=10 positive feedbacks. So the stated average is "5". If I were the marketing manager, I would be extremely pleased and invest more in this product. However, the feedback was based on the Review text NOT on the product itself
• if we were to consider the item in its entirety, the sum of ALL positive feedback is >=10 with an average rating of 3.76 - in this case, the product WOULD not make the top five
