Used the determinant and a not very precise filter... should really be using cartesian coordinates for the calc but got a bit lazy.

Ran into some struggles as I was doing polylines instead of convex hulls. (Still don't know the difference). Also had to play around with the area filters to get correct numbers. More or less tho had the right process in mind and was able to get some cool patterns in the process!
