First time I've used the R Tool, even though I can code in R.  Took me a little bit to figure out how to bring the data thru, but once I had it, everything was straight forward.

This was my first time using the R tool.  Thanks to @PhilipMannering to model the solution!  Also it was a good practice for Tile tool.  I've included both smart and manual tile options.  The manual one ties to the solution posted. r-tool.png

Like others had some issues getting the join to the range values to work for ranges under 2

Hence the bombardment of select tools trying to force datatypes to get a solution. Logic is sound and dont see the value in brute forcing the ranges. I'd be curious to know why it was playing up - sampling?
