My first jump in to spatial, thanks for all the help!

Even I took the same hard way, until I realized I could manually set the limit of maximum distance in the find nearest tool, whose drop down limit extends only till 100.

I finally got this but I was confused on the "Assigned" and "Required" fields and how it interacted with the data.

I had to cheat a little to get the assigned interaction.
