Spatial problems are always my favorite!

Here is my solution

This one was the first spatial I was able to complete by myself, and with the help of tool mastery pages :D man, it was exciting!

The longest process was figuring out how to connect all customers to all fiber splice points! ** I feel though I will love ST_ Formula

Workflow

I found all of my lines first then eliminated those that didn't meet the criteria. If expanded out beyond this small list, that seemed like a better way to ensure you don't miss any combination.
