This is another one of those challenges I looked at a few months ago and said 'No'. Feels good to be able to quickly and efficiently tackle it now.

My solution was Completely different from the Solution provided.  Not even close.  But it worked and it's simple.

My solution is close to @kat  - I used the same sequence of spatial tools which seemed a more streamlined and quicker way to get to the solution, I thought.
