Here is my solution

I did a bit of renaming, somehow I can't work if the Fields are named F1 or F2, I need them to say month or sum.

First thing, crop the first row so I can do the prognosis, the formula is just to change the 9,10,12 e.c. into an actual month, did so by making it a string and then TimeParsing it and cropping the year and the day with time parse. 
running average sum until you get the solution. 
My prediction thing was set to 36 initially but then I just typed in 200, so I could be sure to get the right amount of forecasts.
