My solution :

This is my solution. I did not like the business terminology 🤔😜 so i decided to use my own.

When you run my solution, the net profit/loss field represents the cost in your case.

One note - answer key has a max capacity difference than the dataset. This doesn't have any effect on the answer. I don't know if the dataset changed from the initial one...
