Challenge #127: US Grand Prix Lap 2 - Employee Retention

I followed the same process as instructed, but the top termination values are either .125 or .35, so the probability to leave (>= .5) makes it so none of the current employees are subject to leave as of running this workflow on 6/7/2022.
