Some tips on Regular Expressions:

• You can visit this site https://regex101.com/
• Input your test string which is "names....blablabla.txt"
• There are many ways to get your Regex right, mine is 

.*\|{3}.*(\d{4}).*

• Have fun playing around. This one is my 1st Weekly Challenge and it is already challenging lol

This was a fun challenge. I'm a new user. I only used the tools I was familiar with for this challenge so my workflow turned out a little "longer" than I would have liked. However, I'll definitely explore other tools and come back to re-attempt his challenge in the future.
