Definitely not the best way of doing this and wouldn't work if there was a level below analyst. Looking at other solutions it's clear I needed an iterative macro! Have gone back and built one now.

Definitely had to peek at pictures of other solutions for this one. Still find iterative macros hard to wrap my head around but great exercise!

Not done by iterative macro but I have done this in like 10 minutes? I will deffinetelly look at it once I'm home from Prague Alteryx User Group.
