My solution attached.

 

Created a solution that is dynamic without using an iterative macro.

 

The order of the employees in the dataset must always be chronological. For example, the order is analyst row 1, manager row 2, director row 3, etc. So if a new employee type were added, it needs to be in the right spot. For example, say a senior analyst employee type is added, it must be put in row 2 between analyst and manager.

 

I don't know if this is the same for the iterative macro solution. I plan on checking out the iterative macro solution since I am not that familiar with iterative macros and this would be a good opportunity for me to understand how iterative macros work.
