Here's my attempt. Next go around I will have to try out some new tools I saw others use.

I imagine there's an significantly easier way to the the transpose/cross tab here, but this is what I ended up with :)

I tried carrying out the solution you attached. but it outputs only 19 records instead of 26. It skips the records with leading and trailing whitespaces. Any suggestions.

I'll attach the macro file in another post.
