I'm on Alteryx 2018, soon to install v2019 so I'm a bit confused that a file from 2016 doesn't work. Could you update the files used here?

Now this was a head scratcher, but a real world text problem for any form of Customer Service team. Liked the challenge, and doubt this looks anything like the solution. but I got there.

formula tool to assign buckets, tranpose to get into one column, summarize tool to concatenate values, another summarize tool to count each bucket, filter for non-blanks
