I feel like I could have avoided the multiple summarise tool/join fitlers but it works fine. The multirow formula caught me out a couple times
Nice challenge in terms of technical requirements, but condition 5) is in my opinion an awful filter for the countries as we end up with United Arab Emirates as the third best country with women in politics. Social change is going like a pendulum back and forth. In the Emirates there was no signifcant social change in women representation in (real) politics from 1997-2017. That's why they are still listed.
