please find attached my solution which was similar to the one provided. I used the same formula against the 'output' provided to check as the 'Time_Now' were slightly different to the 'input' one.

I ended up doing it with a lot of tools, and ended coming back to the formula tool. Looking at a couple other methods - i didn't use the mod function, may have to come back and have a look at this.
