Complete! I replaced the Time_Now in the input file with the right one from the output, so the calculated values all matched.

Noticed: the results from both Original OUTPUT is different from the INPUT, off by around 1.35s

Like others, I found that the Start File's [Time_Now] field value was different than the Output Example.  After updating the Input to match, I was able to achieve the results (below).
