My solution

Hi all, decided to take on the challenge of these over time. Here's my first. After completing, I saw that many used the Generate Rows tool, and I agree this is a more flexible solution if there is a possibility the zip code range will change over time. Since that wasn't specified, I went with a more streamlined formula solution.

First time I've used the xxxx (see spoiler) tool!
